Antenatal care is far more than a routine formality. Each visit lets our midwives monitor the health of mother and baby, offer nutritional guidance, provide protective immunisation, and catch potential complications early — long before they become emergencies.

We encourage every expectant mother to begin antenatal visits as soon as she knows she is pregnant, and to attend regularly through to delivery. Bring any questions you have; no concern is too small. Healthy pregnancies begin with informed, supported mothers.
